We need your charisma and expertise to strengthen our team and provide a positive customer experience.

Tasks you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and managing the follow-up on vehicle work from opening to closing of the work order.
• Taking a customer-centric approach, listening, and understanding needs to offer suitable options.
• Explaining vehicle work performed and associated costs.
• Ensuring effective communication between the work team and customers.
• Communicating via phone, email, and text to maintain good customer follow-up.
• Assessing work and ensuring all necessary resources are available for the workshop to complete tasks within specified deadlines.

Requirements and skills we are looking for:

• Diploma in parts and service advising (an asset).
• Experience in technical advising.
• Politeness and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, adapting to various situations and needs.
• Knowledge of mechanics, automotive parts, and accessories.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good spoken and written French.
• Adaptability and multitasking skills.
